CrunkCore aka boybandcore ain't as bad as whiny, mainstream pop-punk. Bands like All Time Low and Simple Plan make brokeNCYDE sound epic!

P.S. it wouldn't surprise me if CrunkCore did become the popular music genre. One of its influences is from boyband pop--you know, groups like NSync and NKOTB. That music's been popular longer than I've been alive. To add, boybands were the reason bands like Good Charlotte and Simple Plan achieved fame. GC, SP, and bands of the like were NOTHING but boybands with guitars. You can also bet most GC and SP fans in the mid-2000s had been fans of NSync, Backstreet Boys, and California Sunshine.

Sad thing is it is popular.
