What states have the highest poverty rate Per capita ?

Well compared to most Wealthy and first world countries, the United States of America has a very, and ever growing, wealth gap that divides the economic sectors of the country. Where 1% of the country owns 45% of Wealth and 20% owns 85% of wealth (Of top percentages) many of those left in the very bottom 80% of population find it hard to find success amoungst jobs that offer minimum wage, more prior qualification, and training.
