Please help me figure this problem!?
So I had neck pain for about 4 or 5 weeks which isn't constant keeps coming and going for like a minute and it isn't very painful either. So I went to the doctor and said that there is nothing (no lumps or anything on side of my neck) however she said there might be a swelling or something on the front of the neck on the thyroid so she gave me a TSH blood test and Creatinine test. So can you tell me what this might be and why am i getting a Creatinine which is apparently for kidneys not neck????

I don't know why she's running the test but I can tell you that your neck pain is probably due to TMS--tension myositis syndrome--especially because your pain comes and goes and has been going on for weeks now. That's good news because once you learn about TMS and how it causes your pain, then the pain often goes away on its own.
Go to youtube.com and watch the video "Dr. John Sarno 20/20," which is about TMS. Also read Sarno's book "Healing Back Pain" which is probably at your library. There's also tmswiki.org where you can learn a lot about TMS.
Also read the book "The Great Pain Deception: faulty medical advice is making us worse" by S. Ozanich, which is about TMS, too--and/or watch Ozanich's video on youtube, too. There's a lot of information on youtube about TMS. Not only is TMS the likely answer to your pain, but it's really the ONLY answer to your pain. Learning about TMS is the most important thing you can do for your pain.
But don't be surprised if your doctor has never heard of TMS or if she pooh poohs it as 'not mainstream medicine.' Doctors are extremely biased against psychophysiologic disorders, which TMS is.

your spine , neck and all that are linked and so are the nerves and your kidneys are linked in which means that they could be the cause of your pain
