Turned in to the thought police AGAIN?

I asked a question about if Martin Luther King was here today, would he be railing against 'police injustice' in Ferguson, or in Detroit, trying to stop all the black on black killings.

Is black america IGNORANT of what he was about? He wanted social justice, but he also wanted black america to TAKE RESPONSIBILITY of their own lives, and not have the government controlling their lives (like the government is now through cradle to grave welfare)

I was turned in to the THOUGHT POLICE because it was 'inflammatory, ranting speech'.

Do people just hate TRUTH? they don't want to hear another point of view?

Update:

some of you are missing the point. THERE WAS NO POLICE BRUTALITY. that is the while problem here. it was MADE in to 'police brutality' because a white cop shot a black kid. it had nothing to do with the robbery. the kid assaulted the cop. the cop pushed him away, and he rushed him AGAIN, and the cop unloaded on him (it might have had something to do with a CONCUSSION and a BROKEN EYE SOCKET). it seems to me that when you speak TRUTH, some people dot like it so label it as a RANT.

Looking above, you asked a question. Good. Then you launched into a rant. That's bad and against the rules. Perhaps that's why you were reported and the report was upheld.

The Y!A rules say a question is supposed to seek knowledge. A rant disguised as a question doesn't seek knowledge and is still a rant.

Sure Dr. King thought black on black crime is senseless and terrible, but I'm sure he would preach against police brutality just as much. Not sure what you're trying to say here... People can hate black crime and police brutality at the same time.

No, the vast majority of ppl today do NOT want the truth about ANYTHING, we live in the era of "ignorance is bliss" & ppl seem to take it WAYYYY too far. I mean really, who wants to USE that interesting clump of matter we call a "brain" when we could just be told what to think, feel & believe. Maddening, isn't it?!

Yes. but he was also an honest man and he would of made the point that the young man did a robbery. But, why such an extreme shooting for a petty crime.

R T is right. Questions are OK; rants are not.
