I had trouble opening my hotmail in Russia when I transited through Moscow.?

Is there any email service that wouldn't cause problems like this?

    i'm not sure why you had problems. Thousands of people in Russia use Hotmail on daily basis.

    Probably had to go through umpteen KGB monitoring links first hence the delay and time lag.
