How bad is my body?

I am a 22 year old male. 5'10 and about 215. When I was 17 - 18 I weighed about 354. I went down to 177 then joined a gym. I am currently about 215

I am worried girls won't like my body and it's a deal beaker

In the below pic I am wearing a belt (like weight belt) underneath my shirt

You really don't look too bad. The 177 is probably a better weight for you than 215 so I would work to get back there. I think mostly you just have the excess skin from when you lost weight. I don't know how much working out would help, but that would be a good start to tone you up all over. Just go to a gym and have a trainer work with you for a bit, they will know what areas to target and what workout you need. They have skin reduction surgeries if you want to investigate that too once you lose that extra weight. Regardless, I like the 2nd picture better, the fit of your clothes looks better. We ALL have flaws, learning how to dress to look your best takes some experimentation. You don't want to look sloppy but clothes that are too fitted aren't complimentary unless you are really thin or toned.

You don't look bad at all! Just keep working! Good job for coming down from 354!
