How do I deal with all the fake people at my school?

I am truly amazed, I was not aware that there was such a thing as a fake person, I have seen fake paintings and fake antiques but, well, you learn something every day. What form do they take, are they made of plastic or some other material, I am fascinated, I truly am.

Everybody, yes everybody, tries to present themselves at their best, at least much of the time.
If those "fake" people are two-faced, being nice to you when you're around, but dissing you when your back is turned, you have a valid complaint.
"How do I deal … ?" you ask. Most people would pretend to take them at face value, but would be very wary of revealing any personal information. If word got back to them that so-and-so was spreading false rumors, they'd probably enlist a friend to start circulating the truth.

Start poking them with your finger.
If they fall over, or pop and deflate, then that's one less 'fake person' you have to deal with that day...
If they don't fall over OR pop and deflate, introduce yourself ... you found a real person. Congratulations!

You hardly deal with them unless necessary. Just do your thing, don't worry about them. You can't control no-one, only yourself.

Try avoiding them, or only interacting with them when you really need to. Otherwise if your brave enough you can indirectly let them know that they're not being genuine.

Just ignore them, how they represent themselves is how they represent themselves.... Just be yourself and don't open up to them, because who knows what kind of things they might be saying.

Ignore them. It is not worth the time acknowledging them.
