I need to know what engine I have?
I just recently bought a 74 nova but the engines got swapped a long time ago.. All I could find under the hood were these numbers on the passenger side. V0208tda? Please help!!!

72 307 or 80 350 is what the website says. If you can read the casting numbers on the block just below the drivers side head you can determine what block it is and that will finish up the identifying. Or you could pull a head and measure the bore and stroke.

This engine was made in Flint on 02 of Aug , the "TDA" means it could be either a 1972 307 or a 1980 350 out of a C10 C15, or C20.
