do thigh tattoos look bad?

I like wear skirts and dressesand short shorts but I want to get arose on my right thigh though and I was wondering if I would still be able to wear those with the tattoo showing without it clashing and making me look I don't know less classy I guess

    A tattoo is never going to make you look classy. Nobody has ever looked at a tattoo and said "now that is a classy tattoo."

    Which is why most women get tattoos.

    though i'm very pro-tattoo, i personally find thigh tattoos on women unattractive..
