Can Lance Armstrong sue the Olympic Committee for discrimination?

He did admit to PEDs but it seems like they singled him out and took away his medals that he won long ago.

As lestermount correctly points out, any lawsuit would be first against WADA and UCI, cycling's international federation. And he can't possibly win that lawsuit.

He willingly participated in their competitions, meaning he pledged to follow their rules, including not doping. Not only did he violate those rules, he went to great lengths to conceal his illegal PED use, proving he knew that what he was doing was wrong. Lastly, he so vehemently denied his PED use that he attacked anyone who spoke the truth. In one case, he sued a masseuse for slander for revealing what she saw.

Discrimination means one group is treated differently due to race, religion, creed, etc. Armstrong willingly broke the rules and is being punished. No different from Floyd Landis or any of the people at the link below.

    Discrimination? Ha!

It was not the IOC, but WADA that went after Armstrong. He can sue but he can not win, he is guilty of doping, and he is not the only major athlete to lose their winnings, including money.

It is he that is being sued by his sponsors. He violated his contracts when he doped.
