Are you talking about the actual output jack socket, or the cable (male jack) not tight enough so that it's falling out - not connecting properly.
The cure will depend on what sort of issue this is and what kind of output jack you have. Some connections are an endpin type while others are regular jacks found on the lower bout of the rim.
In any case, managing these jack connectors is quite fiddly in acoustic guitars and you should leave it to a skilled guitar tech to have it sorted out.
If it's a regular jack found on the lower rim (side) of the guitar, you may perhaps be able to reach in and hold the jack in place while you tighten the nut from the outside (if a loose jack is the actual problem...). You will of course have to loosen the strings first to get access through the sound hole.
