It doesn't work like that. Even if a body shop technician were to look at that photo, they couldn't give you anything more than a blind guess. They'd say "bring it in and we'll have a look" and go from there.
When insurance companies give people 'problems' on repairing damage, it usually means they're not telling the vehicle owner what they want to hear. 90% of the time, either they're refusing to fix certain things because they don't believe it's part of the accident damage, or they're saying the vehicle is a total loss because the repair costs exceed the vehicle's value.
Trust me, an estimate from a total stranger online (even if they say they're in the business) isn't going to help you. It would be nice if you could say "some guy on a website says it can be fixed easily for..." and have them believe you, but that simply won't work.

Sorry from you photo a little hard to tell. what a LOCAL shop charges for repairs.
Giving you a price in my town means what.
If insurance does not like your particular repair shiop it could be they are overcharging Insurance claims.
Suggest you let insurance give you their list of approved shops and you select one from the list.

Chances are it needs a new door skin and front wing so will cost more than the car is worth and that is why your insurance will not play ball.
