i want to eat healthy but I forget and get lazy?

I NEED to get healthy! My health needs to improve. I'm afraid of the medical issues I'll have when I'm older! So anyways.. As soon as I decide to eat healthy I forget then an hour later go snack on junk food. Also I can't really cook so I easily will eat ramen noodles instead of a healthy dinner!

Any tips on how to get through this? Once I ate pretty healthily for a week and I felt terrific! I want to be energized again! what should I eat/do to remember?

wellllll, put yourself into it, as well as the food into your body! So, if you wake up and have a craving for something sweet, throw yourself together a fruit salad, oatmeal or a strawberry milkshake from strawberries, low fat yoghurt, a little milk and a LITTLE sugar! ;)

Lunch, this is very simple! You could buy some houmous dips, carrots, and dip away! Or buy some wholemeal pittas, a bit of lettuce, tomato and pepper with butter, and stuff the pitta breads!

These are quite simple things to make, which don't even involve an oven, just the thought to make them!

Sorry these are only food ideas, but its a start? :)

Get rid of junk food in your house. Make sure you stock your kitchen with healthy options like fruits and plenty of vegetables. If you want yogurt, try Greek Yogurt or one that doesn't get loaded with sugar.

Try and incorporate exercise to your daily life. Even walking 20 minutes a day will make a difference. Drink lots of water.
