Yes you definitely can! In fact that's better since you don't have to spend money on another brush just for eyeshadow, since a concealer brush is good for concealing and packing on eyeshadow! Just make sure you keep the brush clean! Hope this helps!

Yes you can! You just have to make sure if you use it for concealer too, to clean the brush really well between using it for concealer and eyeshadow.

Yes but I would wash out the brush and let it dry before you use it for eyeshadow. That way you could blend it in good. If you use it without cleaning it properly first it won't work as well. Hope this helps

You can use anything if you want. But I don't reccomend a conceler brush. They are very dense and you may have trouble blending the eyeshadow with it.
