you can. but in reality. you focus on what you don't like and make it change or go away.
in dreams you can do it too, but it has no impact on reality. haven't you murdered someone in a dream before?
just a few days ago i killed 4 people in a dream. innocent, random people. because i was bored.
in dreams i've probably killed a couple hundred thousand. my dreams are often violent.
