How to make a backup for a Wordpress website while using Filezilla on another host server?
I've all the files from this other WordPress website, but when I upload all the files, some of the files don't install.

You would also need to export database from previous host and import to current host (this can be done using PhpMyAdmin.
If the new site is using the same domain name and URL structure as the previous host then modify the databse settings in wp-config.php to reflect new credentials.
If it uses different domain name / URL there are more things to be done than just copying. Follow the insturctions in following guide
