史織ちゃんどうしたんやろう。
What's wrong with Shiori-chan, I wonder.
彼女らしいセンスだが
That was indeed something of her taste,
脈絡なさすぎてワロタ。
but it was a too irrelevant comment (or a too confusing behavior) to follow. I just couldn't help laughing.

That's Kansai (Osaka) dialect.
史織ちゃんどうしたんだろう。
彼女らしいセンスだが
脈絡なさすぎて笑っちゃった。
What's wrong with Shiori-chan?
That (the story/the thing she did) sounds really like her
(or really tells her personality), which just makes me
laugh as it doesn't make any sense at all!
Edit------------------
'センス (sense)' in Japanese can be a little different from 'sense', and usually describes how you grasp (things), in a sense, 'sense of humor'
彼女らしいセンス → be really like her (tells her sense of humor)
(Subject =some story)に 脈絡がない → doesn't make sense

I'd translate it as:
I wonder what's wrong with Shiori(?)-chan
It's her style but it's so random I lol'ed
