Do you go to the doctor for regular exams or do you only go if something is seriously wrong with you?

    I only go when something is bothering me. I haven't been to a doctor for about 8 years. (I'm 50 years old.)

    Going for regular exams is preventive so that small problems don't become major ones. Regular exams are also more cost effective.
