First ask him what level he thinks the relationship between you two is at, if he admits that it's a serious relationship or at least on the same page that you feel its on... Then ask him to delete his profile.

That's how online dating works. You date multiple people at the same time. Unless he tells you he loves you or makes it official that you are his girlfriend, assume he is dating other people and accept it. Just because you made your choice to choose him doesn't mean he made that choice at the same time. Be patient. Men like that in a women. He may even still have it up, testing you to see if your one of those pushy girls. (don't fail the test) Who knows? maybe he's made his choice and just hasn't gotten around to delete it.
