A small cloth ball stuffed with the plastic beads you find in bean bag chairs. You play a game where you try to keep the ball from hitting the ground but you can't use your hands. You have to kick it or block it with your body.

Ocularnervosa explained it very well. The ball is often crocheted, and is not stuffed too full, so that the ball isn't completely round or firm, but is slightly "squashable" as you use it. If it were too bouncy, you wouldn't be able to control it with your feet at all.
