Who else is tired of seeing questions about suicide and depression deleted without justification?

    instead of being a one-stop place to ask questions, Y!A has, much like its email service, gone downhill in quality. who decides what is "acceptable"?

    as long as people are willing to answer, why not let them ask whatever...

    Instead of just deleting why can't you just ignore it???

    I agree that posts asking for advice on how to kill yourself need to be deleted, or better ways to self harm posts need to be deleted as well. If your posts are deleted I am sure there is some justification to it. To get deleted someone has to report you first and then it is reviewed.

    I'm fine with the deletions of the "what's the most painless way to kill myself," questions. YA doesn't exist to help people hurt themselves.
