Questions about defendant filing motion to remove CPO in Ohio?

My children and I have a CPO against my husband and I hear he is planning to file a motion to get it dropped. It was due to a fight we had in which he returned to the home intoxicated with loaded guns. The order has been in place for 3 months now, its a 5 year older. Whats the liklihood that he can get it dropped? Also, will I have to appear in court or just him? I am not sure of the process. Thanks

What the hell is wrong with you?? You have kids to protect from this a$$hole.

Get a gun, call him up and invite him over to your new place, then lock the door. When he arrives, tell him he can't come in. He'll break the door down and then you shoot him dead. Aim for the chest to put him down then shoot him in the head.

End of problem. Sheesh. Someone comes after my family, they are f-ckin' dead.
