What are some good websites for step-by-step instructions on drawing animated characters?
I use http://www.dragoart.com/ but I would love to know some other good websites for step-by-step instructions on how to draw Disney, or Anime/Manga style characters. Or with good drawing exercises, and lessons. Thank you ;-)

You should try deviantArt. If you're just learning the basics on drawing anime & manga, I suppose you could try Nsio's tutorials.
There's a link to one of them. For more, just click around in the "more from Nsio" section that should be on the right side of your screen for deviations that look like tutorials.
Also, if you have the link for one good tutorial, you can also click around in the "More from DeviantArt" to find more tutorials.
I'd link you more, but it'd take up far too much space, so my advice is to go through Nsio's tutorials and then the "More from deviantArt" section.
I'll assume that you're using traditional media, since you haven't mentioned digital, but I'll link you to this one colouring tut:
That's mostly because if you start going into the "More from deviantart" section from an anatomy/line tut, you get similar ones, and if you go into it from a colouring tutorial, you'll get other colouring tutorials most of the time. (In case you want them.)
Hope this helped. ^^

If you wish to discover ways to draw reasonable hair like a grasp then you have an ideal teacher here https://tr.im/9BPai , Practical Pencil Picture Mastery.
With Realistic Pencil Portrait Mastery you may find the absolute most successful way of bring hair and strategy to add authenticity to hair drawing.
You might be thinking what kind of drawing supplies you will be needing in order to start pulling along with this particular Realistic Pencil Portrait Mastery course. Unlike different drawing eBook s and courses that you could have acquired before, that suggest you get a great deal of high priced drawing items to get going, Realistic Pencil Portrait Mastery is different. To begin with drawing pictures in pencil like a grasp, you just need 2H, 2B, and 5B wood cased pencils and an eraser. Different materials you will need you probably have laying around the house like q-tips and tissues.
Realistic Pencil Portrait Mastery is a straightforward but efficient guide.
