Unlocker1.9.2. What would this program DO if I installed it, what is it FOR? What is it's main function, what does it do?

Not really interested about it's antivirus results and if antivirus software detects it, because that's all I found when i did a google search, hence the reason I am asking here on YA.

I plan to remove the installer download from my laptop, but still would like to know what the program DOES!

I assume it got into my download folder while trying to download the Mp3 song by La Yegros called "El Bendito".

I can only guess that's where it came from, IDK

But what does it do? What IS "Unlocker1.9.2" program?
