Can anyone recommend me a good anime/cartoon?
About 4 or 5 days ago i was browsing through the list of "romantic" animes/cartoons to find a good series to watch (don't ask why... i was desperate). I found this gem called "Mysterious girlfriend x"; initially i just thought the cover looked good (i'm a guy who judges a book by its cover) but soon i found myself shipping the couple, giggling like an 8 years old (which i am not - i'm 18) and cringing at the solo drum of doom (some might get this reference, some might not; don't sweat over it).
Next was "Midori days" which has mushy written all over it, but i thought exploiting the idea of "the only girlfriend you're gonna get is your right hand" was great; overall, i have no regrets.
I know these two animes don't really have anything in common (except for the fact that they would make a great lemonade if you put them in a blender with a bit a of sugar and some water) but here's my question: Do you know any anime or cartoon (but i don't really think there's a cartoon like that) that has a love story i can ship and an original plot?
(You know, "Mysterious girlfriend x" was about drool and overall crazy female character and "Midori days" was about the right hand gimmick)
If you want to recommend "Chrono crusade," don't.

One of my first favorite romances was Midori Days and I totally understand your feels. XD
Here are some of my recommendations:

3.) Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki Kun
4.)Tomoko Market *** It is okay, warning the story basically goes nowhere
5.)Kyoukai no Kanata
6.)Inu X Boku
7.)Inari konkon, Koi Iroha
8.)Mikakunin de Shinkoukei ***this one is also just okay, I have have an really open mind and like things easily.
9.)Kimi Ni Todoke
10.)Say I Love You
11.) Kare Kanno
12.) Ao Haru Ride
13.) Ookaimi Shoujo to kuro ouji
13.)Tonari no Kaibutsu Kun
14.) Kurahime or Princess Jellyfish in English
15.) Kaichou-wa maid sama
16.) School rumble
17.) Ouran High school host club
19.) Special A
20.)Honey and clover
21.)Paradise Kiss (I have not finished this one yet but the episodes that I've watched so far were good)
I have more but these are the ones that I could think of right now. Some of these are pure love, and are really slice of life~ie so I wasn't sure if you would like them but, if you like any of my recommendations please feel free to massage me or comment for more. All of these anime's can fall into the into the romance category (in my opinion). Ps I some of these animes I really liked them but I did not want to over hype them and then you not like them and be disappointed so .....have fun shipping lol. :)
