Passive voice (please answer very urgent) 10 points for best.?

Is the below mentioned sentence a passive voice of speech:

In 50% cases of transactions, customer was credited with a less amount money

    There is one very easy way to identify the passive voice.

    If you can add 'by zombies' and make sense, it's passive:

    'The customer was credited with a less amount...by zombies' - yes, it works, it's passive.

    Yes it is

    The actor is not shown and the object 'customer' is made a subject and hence its a passive

    passive voice refers to the non-use of personal pronouns. ie --> I, me, we, etc. and is used to created that "fact" with a piece of writing. (formal)
