An entity hugged me tight in my sleep. Was it negative energy or positive?
Okay I know hugging sounds like it would be good but bear with me. It all started when it was around 12:00 to 3:00AM, the usual time I start to sleep when there's no school. My insomnia didn't help, but finally after a fair amount of minutes I slowly fell to a light slumber. Right after I dreadfully realized that my body was numb all over and started to freak out like I always do in SP episodes. I had sleep paralysis for a long time and it never fails to scare me.
What made this ep different from all the others was that it felt like some entity was wrapping it's arms around my torso, giving the feeling that it was hugging me. Because I was so scared I automatically started saying 'Jesus help me' over and over again. This made the hugging tighter and tighter the more I prayed, like if it wanted to suffocate me. I still breathed completely fine though, it just felt really uncomfortable because of the numbness.
Did it hug tighter because it didn't like it, or was it some sort of praise? I told my mommy about it and she said that maybe it was Jesus who hugged me, but when I added that it hugged me harder each time I prayed she became silent. Was this really some holy spirit, or an evil one?

It's called a dream. You will have many more during your lifetime.

I was absolutely certain last night that my bedroom door opened and that my son walked into my room and stood beside my bed. He bent down and gave me a hug. I startled, as you do when you are unexpectedly woken, and then opened my eyes. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that the room was in fact not as dark as I thought (street lighting) and that he was nowhere in sight. In other words, it was a DREAM. Dreams are perfectly normal, can happen at any time, either in deep sleep or partially awake, and have no meaning whatsoever. You need to get over them, because you will dream your entire life.

"I had sleep paralysis for a long time "
Everyone experiences sleep paralysis 2-3 times per night.
We are usually asleep at the time.
If you are experiencing this more often than normal (keep waking up during delta phase) I suggest you see someone who can help you with sleep disorders. It is rare, but this can kill you, because it can eventually affect your involuntary motor skills. (like heart-beat and breathing)
