I have a small red bump on my nipple?

I'm a 16 year old girl and yesterday I noticed this small red bump on the outside edge of my right nipple. It's very small like maybe a little bigger than an eraser. It feels soft like the rest of my nipple and it doesn't really hurt of feel like anything. Should I be concerned? I thought it could be breast cancer but I'm really young and no one in my family has ever gotten it so what do you think it could be?

    Sentence again!

Take some treatment and apply ointment, etc. It will vanish. If it gives trouble, consult a professionally qualified doctor and take proper and regular treatment.

Could just be a pimple or ingrown hair. Sometimes wearing the same bra a couple days in a row, especially if you're sweating in the heat, can cause irritation bumps like this, so give all your bras a good wash.

    Probably just a pimple.
