The tan suit was because he is still in vacation mode. Next week he will address the nation in a Hawaiian shirt and flip flops, probably from the yacht docked in his rented Hawaiian oceanfront property. I hope he thanks the taxpayers for the swell time him and his family and friends have had for the past almost 7 years, at tax payer expense. His main point he made was that the US has no strategy. He didn't know what he was going to do about ISIS/L. Currently he is saying they are going to bomb ISIS inside of Syria. Aren't there plenty of other targets out of Syria. ISIS has over half of Iraq and we are going to bomb inside a country that really doesnt want us there. Obama wants al-Assad out pretty bad, so don't be surprised when the U.S. actually targets al-Assads forces.

Something about using tax money to develop an eco friendly translucent stamp to place on the forehead or hand of newborn children. Had something to do with healthcare I believe.
