I used to fake a tic. Now it's completely involuntary when i'm mad, why?
When I'm angry, I used to bend my neck and tilt my head to a my right side, just a short twitch. mostly to non verbally tell people I'm about to lose my bearings. Now, however, I have begun to notice that no longer is it a voluntary movement and I find myself twitching in this way often.

If you had to fake twitching to make a point, wouldn't it be a good thing that u do involuntarily now? I say that you do it involuntarily now because, in the past you wanted to do it. And you must have done it enough to trick your body into doing it without you having to think about it. If you didnt want to have a twitch, then you probably shouldnt have faked one before.

Because now it became a reflex. That means that when you deal with some kind of stress, your mind automatically responds with it :) If you are cautious for not doing it again, it should be easily overcome.
