It's probably replaced the standard bootloader.

Go to the Windows Recovery console by booting the windows disk & selecting Repair your computer instead of Install Now, then use the Startup repair option to replace the bootloader with the standard windows one.

Your new installation should then boot.

Lojack should not have an impact on reinstalling Windows. What is the exact error when you try to boot? Did you try "installing" by using the factory restore or did you get a new license?

Did you remove the lojack before doing the re-install? Also when you did the reinstall did it reinstall Lojack? try doing a reinstall but do not connect to the internet until you have finished reinstalling and checked to see if lojack was reinstalled. Remove it if it was before connecting to the internet.
