Jelousy ruins my life, how do I deal?

Sometimes I cry because other people's jealousy ruins my life. Im not concieted or vein but ive started to notice things about other women and sometimes men. I love my boyfriend very much but...he always compares me to his sister because she has insecurities of herself. She'll say things like oh feel fat and she thinks she better than me cause shes skinny. Or when I had gotten pregnant, she found out, two monts later shes pregnant. And she wants attention from everyone. At that moment I stopped calling her, because I got tired of her putting herself in competition with me. And her excuse is that I dont call her because im jealous of her. And my bfs friends are jealous of me because they believe im prettier than their girlfriend s so they cause problems in our relationship. I dont know how to convince him that its not me , its other ppls jealousy.

And I even lose jobs because other women hate me. I cant even make friends because other ppl make ppl like me. No matter how hard I try they just do not like me because they hate me. Im happy nice, and I care for other ppl. I dont understand. What should I do?
