Weird (but good) The Sims 3 glitch?
Ok so.. I guess this is a good glitch but I don't want it.. Lol.. When I go to buy furniture, all the furniture is really cheap. (Like 60% off normal prices) It's cool that it's like that, but I want it to be normal. One of my sims has the architectural design career, could that be it? Do architectural designers get cheaper furniture?

It's not a glitch; at lvl 9 of the architectural design career, you get a perk that gives you a discount on buy/build objects. this includes furniture. Not sure if it's one of those background perks that aren't listed anywhere, ill advertised that don't alert you to their presence, or what; but I've noticed this as well on my sims.
Oh, and don't just take my word for it XD

Possibly that could be the reason i bet it is. If you are very concerned I would contact EA on that issue or the Sims 3 forums. If that doesn't give you what you are looking for I would go on MOD the Sims they literally have the answers to all Sims questions. Hope this helps!!
