I want to do a Colon cleanse. However, I have few questions to those of you who have done it.?
1. What is the best one to take?
2. How long does it usually take for the effect to start? Reason being is I have work some days and the bathroom there is disgusting, so i'd prefer to be at home.
3. Is it like a sudden reaction? Like will I have to rush to the bathroom immediately, like a laxative?
4. Any other tips?

You can be stuck in the bathroom off and on for hours using those chemical colon flushes. just buy a hot water bottle/douche/enema set and take a series of enemas at home. They do the same things without all the chemicals and can completely empty the colon.
