I have no idea - since Yahoo introduced the new software (which they are still tinkering with), all sorts of strange things seem to be happening without the intervention of any human! I'm begining to think Yahoo got rid of all the people (to save money and earn more profits for the shareholders) and the whole thing is now being run by robots.
