Do you think the state lotteries...?

I believe they are legit. People tend to think everything is rigged because THEY haven't personally won but in reality, the shear odds of winning the big one is how the lottery stays afloat and makes money for whatever the state beneficiary may be. Most people just play occasionally so it's really just luck when they win. Like any gambling game, every draw is independent of the last so each draw has the same astronomical odds as the last

they are rigged for sure, if they are not why do only foreigners win the lottery ?

they did change to Power Ball and Mega Number in which you have to pick at least one of the numbers in order because they didn't like people winning since that decreased the next weeks pot and the bigger the pot the more people buy.

Yeah they are rigged. You still have to pay taxes on it, so they only give you part of the money.
