Passing a great opportunity for another one?

Hi. I have been offered an amazing job (basically the job I have always wanted) at a bakery. I just turned 18 btw. I am a full time college student with a part time job (different one). I recently decided that I want to move the florida and be a part of the disney college program. I want to apply for next semester, but I would have to pass this awesome job. I truly feel like Disney would be the decision my heart and self should make, but I also feel irresponsible for this. I believe in going out and doing what feels right, but what if that's not the best option? I 100% want to choose disney, but at the same time I feel bad about choosing it. I just would like some advice on which decision to make. Thanks. (BTW I would have to stay at the bakery for at least 2 years and that's too long, I would feel miserable ): )

Update:

Okay, why would you have to stay at the bakery 2 years? Since when is a bakery a dream job? Work till you move. Problem solved.

No actually problem not solved. It's a career, not a job. I am expected to work for two years and the training would barely end when next semester begins.

I don't understand how a bakery job can be a "career, not a job" (especially since you're only 18), but it sounds like it's impossible to do both. You can't work at a bakery for two years while simultaneously working at Disney next semester. The timelines just won't work.

You're assuming a lot, though. Applying for the Disney college program doesn't mean you will be ACCEPTED for the Disney college program. That program is extraordinarily competitive. Do you think you're the only college student who wants to live in Florida and have a ton of fun and make good money working for Disney? Not even close! You would be foolish to pass up a sure thing for a job you might not even get.

My advice would be to accept the bakery job and apply for Disney, too. If you get accepted, quit the bakery. Being "expected" to work for two years isn't the same as being required to work for two years. Unless you sign a contract agreeing to work for two years (don't do this), you can quit without penalty. Forget a good reference, but the only reason you would quit would be if you get accepted by Disney, and a reference from them is much better than a reference from a bakery.
