What does chloramphenicol for dogs 250 mg tablets look like?I think my dog's vet may be deliberately keeping my dog sick and ripping me off?

Varies by manufacturer. It's a generic drug, made by more than one company and varies in appearance. It's extremely unlikely any vet would deliberately give a pet the wrong drug. Vets aren't in the profession for the money and make much less than most people think. If you have such a bad relationship with your vet that you would suspect such a thing, then go see another vet

What specifically the pills look like is going to depend on your location. Those who distribute pills in the US (for example) are going to have different looking pills than those who distribute pills elsewhere. Also keep in mind that various sizes of pills may be compounded by pharmacies to look different. In Canada there is only one dose of chloramphenicol available (1000mg), and its a blue tablet, oblong.
Why do you think your vet is keeping your dog sick? What is going on? If you don't trust your vet, you owe it to yourself, your dog, and your vet to get a second opinion.

I don't know but maybe you could either ask another vet or doctor or find it online.
