What's your opinion about Cebu Pacific?
Travelling from Dubai to Manila to Cagayan d'Oro in December with Cebu Pacific. Is there anything I should take care of? Heard that there are several customer complaints? Service seems to be very very basic?

Oddly enough, I just might be lucky, but I've never had a bad experience with Cebu Pacific, even though I've travelled using their airline 7 or 8 times now. Yes, the service is very very basic, you even have to pay additionally if you want food served to you, if you don't pay them, you don't get any food service at all.
But since there have been some people who have bad experiences with them, I'd say make sure you prepare yourself for a delay in your flight for several hours. It may not happen, or it may happen, but best to be prepared for that. Also, make sure your ticket and other flight essentials are somewhere easy to access in your suitcase, just in case you have to show them to Cebu Pacific personnel in case something goes wrong.
