you guys happy now w/ the foam gloves?

Only Floyd and his fans were happy with the foam gloves. I don't see any big deal in using it. Floyd can use it too if he want and to give him a special treatment due to his brittle hands is absurd. They were allowing him the use of a pain killer and now they have to allow him to dictate the use of a certain gloves. Any fighter should be given the freedom to use their preferred gloves in this hurting sport and no room for any special treatment as long as the gloves were legal to use in the said sport. Floyd and his fans were changing the rules and taking advantage of his stature by insisting the use of the foam gloves. He might want to use the Football helmet too, lol.

Big deal! A real KO artist should be able to knock out or at least stagger his opponent using any kind of gloves. Louis, Liston, Foreman, Shavers and Jackson never had the need to use specially made gloves to do their demolition work.

Floyd has been hit more ponderously by Shane Mosley and Miguel Cotto and he survived and beat those guys.

Yeah I was wondering that too, had it been regular gloves Floyd could have been KO (if not dead lol)
