verizon droid keeps sending me to financial services?

I have been trying to call my mother because I need to ask her something (im at college) but ever time i do, it says that it is sending me to financial services and i also cant send texts. It was fine last night...

    Let's see... why would a phone suddenly stop working for calls/texts?

    If only it had a way of directing you towards Verizon's financial services...

    That means you probably owe some amount on your bill. Just talk to them to see what is going with your account.
