~~~ Sure!
Do it the exact same way that you traveled a few hours!
In your imagination!
ALL 'time', all 'past', ALL 'future', exists in the imagination/thoughts!
So that is where all 'time travel' can exist!
Other than the imagination, every single moment of Universal existence exists Here! Now!
Check it out for yourself! At any moment stop and notice; where am I? Here! When is it? Now!
Always!
I've never left the nineties. I remember what the eighties was like and the seventies and the sixties but I honestly can't tell the difference between 1994 and 2014. There does not seem to be any difference. In 2004 racism was much different and the country was very, almost sickeningly patriotic, but now? We have gone right back to Clinton-era backbiting and fear-mongering. The 1990's was all militias, right wing fanaticism, liberal hand-wringing and obsession with pedophiles. How is this decade any different?
You can travel back in time 10 to 20 years by getting in your car and driving 100-200 miles inland from America's Atlantic and Pacific oceans
well, technically speaking, there is no "time". that is just a human construct we use to make logical sense of the flow of events in our collective existence, and to better make/keep appointments.
that being said, as far as returning to a point before your current spacetime position IS possible, but going too far back can bring up conflicts/issues.
for instance, what if you travel back, and someone is in the location you occupy?
or what if you go back to a point in time where you were in a different location? you would appear to have "teleported" or disappeared somehow, which would be a problem in a logical world.
take account of these and other such anomalies should you choose to go back further than you can actively handle...
Sure. Just make sure your time circuits are on and set to the 90s and that your flux capacitor is fluxing. Then accelerate to 88 miles per hour. Oh and watch that re-entry. It's a little bumpy.
Aren't we in the 90s?
Or are we witnessing what they call deja-vus? I'm alluding to the current political situation in the Middle East. Unbelievable!
If I had to rewrite my undergraduate thesis, I wouldn't have to change anything.
I need to go back to 1994. And it needs to happen tonight. The whole world has to be teletransported back to 1994 june 16th. And it needs to happen by tomorrow. When we go to sleep tonight - it is 2016. But by tomorrow it has to be 1994 june 16th.
