Could I get this drink made at Starbucks?

Could I get half hot chocolate, half vanilla latte at Starbucks? :)

    I'd order a vanilla latte with half the pumps of mocha (1.5 in tall, 2 grande, 2.5/3 in venti,) whipped cream, and mocha drizzle (if you want it topped like the cocoa, if not just a te latte add mocha syrup)
