Have you ever used 3 sizes of cuts in frying one cheap sausage to have three flavors in a rice dish?

    I don't know about other cuisine but when I cook Chinese 6 treasures fragrance rice in claypot I use 6 different kinds of dried aromatic meats like dried scallops, dried mussels, aged pork ham, dried duck, Chinese sausage and dried shrimps
