why do canelo tops the mexican ppv and why do jmms ppv barely selling?

Canelo get's a lot of media coverage here in America and Even more in Mexico. Fair enough. Canelo is more intriguing to the public.

The ppv numbers for Marquez & Bradley actually did really well. They did 375,00 buys which was pretty much all Marquez, because really who knows Bradley? He's a nobody.

People also need to get over the Memo Heredia thing. Marquez knocked Pacquiao out fair and square. No one talks about how Marquez has more career KO's than Manny Does.

Canelo is young and has red hair and had a long undefeated streak. Marquez at first was ignored by the Mexican people during the Morales and Barrera era. He was avoided and didn't click with the fans. Canelo was loved at first sight and is marketed well by GBP and has partnership deals and is branded at a young age while Marquez had to work for it. And trust me Canelo lost a lot of Mexican fans when he lost to Floyd. And Canelo attracts a lot of female fans as well which not many boxers do. He's the second coming of Oscar DLH.
