Mercedes, BMW and Audi to my knowledge all leave the factory with 'Continental' tyres.

Could you not asked at the local dealership? Depends on the country, the model, the year, etc. Always look for local solution. As you can see, you are not getting answers. We offer advise. We are not a source of local information. Grabbing the smartphone to text denies your brain the ability to thing and to find resolution for whatever is the issue.

Depends on the model, it can vary. Audi, along with most import manufacturers, don't rely on one brand.

Depends on the model. The high end models do not come with Continental tires.
