How can I lose 20 lbs in a week or two?
So, I'm in 7th grade, and I'm 115 lbs. I feel that I am overweight, but my face and arms are very slim. My only issue is that i have kind of chubby thighs and a tiny pot belly thang going on. When I wear loose clothes, I look very skinny, but if I wear tight clothes I look chubby. All my friends are 80-95 lbs, and I feel fat. Any advice?
I am also 5"1

You are a healthy weight. In middle school, weights are all over the scale because of starting puberty and growth spurts. Just about everyone looks chubby in tight clothes. Plus, they aren't modest. Don't wear them. Wear properly fitting clothes that aren't too tight or loose.
This is the perfect time to form healthy eating and exercise habits. Cut out sweet, fried, processed, junk, and fast foods. Drink just plain water. Aim for 45-60 minutes of moderate intensity exercise most days. Run, swim, bike, dance, almost any sport, or just active play at a park are all good.

You are not going to lose 20 lbs in a week or 2 even if you eat nothing and exercise all day. You are just going to get sick. You just need a healthy diet and daily exercise. There is no magic bullet.

a tiny pot belly ? ummm a tiny pot belly is not chubby. just relax, you will be fine. a tiny pot belly is no reason at all to lose 20 pounds. Everyone is different. You are what you are. Be yourself. Be proud. Again, everyone IS DIFFERENT !!!
