Answer: No, If you have to ask, then true confidence won't occur even if we try, because you had to ask for it. Confidence should be a side effect of being good. It should not the goal, but a side effect of the goal. Trying to fake it may work for short term, but in the long term faking it will screw you over.
Doing what will improve your life, typically will have the side effect of more confidence. Start with this, and go from there.
