Cops show shows dead bodies?
I was just watching the show cops and I thought it was pretty innocent at first. I saw a dead body on the show and it really bothered me. I thought that showing that kind of stuff was illegal? Is it?

They blur the face and any nudity, but yes the camera will pan over a dead body once in a while. But that's why there's a warning at the beginning of every episode stating that some images may be disturbing, viewer discretion advised.

Yeah I remember an episode where a guy kill himself and it showed his body. Yeah maybe it is a bit too much for TV but the show is suppoes to be about what cops go through and a dead body is something cops have to see a lot, how do u think they feel.

Indeed what they show is quite impact-full in positive and in negative ways. But it truly grasps the reality of things that happen in this world. Are you sure it was a dead body? Sometimes they can be flat out drunk or intoxicated with some strange substance, and if they say "oh he is dead", that is not always the case. In the heat of the moment they can say strange things, there is no script to be read off of.
