Question on my labour agreeement?

I have signed a labour agreement just 2 months back. It says that I will have to pay the amount of salary of the remaining months. For example, The bond iz for 3 years and i leave after an year, i will have to pay the company the amount pf salary it would give me for the remaining periox that is 2 years. No exact value has been written in the agreement. My question is, does this kind of labour agreements take a stand in the court. Are these kind of labour agreement legal? Will i have to pay if i have to leave the company?

If you're referring to bond agreements, there is no labor policy against it. But to be sure, you should contact a labor attorney.
